You retain rights to your content. You grant Catalystr a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

By using Catalystr, you agree to the terms below covering acceptable use, payments, and account responsibilities.

Overview
These terms govern your access to and use of Catalystr, operated by Matthieu Rouillac (ABN 57661015177).
Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use the service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
Subscription Plans
Catalystr offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly through Stripe. You may change or cancel your plan at any time from your settings.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Pricing and subscription terms may change with 30 days' notice. Fees collected by clubs from their members are processed via Stripe Connect.
Refunds
Platform subscription refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. For club membership fees, refund policies are set by each club. Under Australian Consumer Law, your statutory rights are not affected.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access data you do not own, upload malicious content, or use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
Intellectual Property
Catalystr, its logo, design, and underlying code are the intellectual property of Matthieu Rouillac. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works without written permission.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.
Limitation of Liability
Catalystr is provided "as-is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Catalystr against claims arising from your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these terms.
Dispute Resolution
Before filing a legal claim, you agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting us. If informal resolution fails, disputes will be resolved through the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice at least 30 days before they take effect.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
